During the months of May and June, the donations received by Idesam on this page are being reverted in the purchase and shipment of basic baskets and hygiene and prevention items for families in the interior of Amazonas, impacted by the social isolation necessary to prevent COVID-19.

By supporting the Institute for Conservation and Sustainable Development of the Amazon – IDESAM, you will be contributing to the continuation of our projects, benefiting communities and protecting the Amazon. Support does not guarantee the right to be associated with IDESAM.

CONTRIBUTION VALUES:

The supporter can select the amount of his contribution from the options available on our donation page (R$30, R$50, R$100, R$200 and R$500) or choose another amount, as long as it is higher at the stipulated minimum of R $ 30. These may be paid in installments according to the conditions offered by PagSeguro.

INCOME TAX DEDUCTION:

It is not possible to deduct the contribution of Individuals from the Income Tax.

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTIONS:

Supporters’ contributions will be paid by credit card, debit card or bank slip, through PagSeguro. If IDESAM changes the form of receipt of the donation, supporters will be notified in advance.

PAYMENT DATES:

Charging takes place automatically for the sole supporter, monthly and half-yearly on the day chosen by the supporter.

SUPPORTER BENEFITS:

When you register as a supporter of IDESAM, you become part of a group of people who effectively support our mission to value the sustainable use of natural resources in the Amazon and seek alternatives for environmental conservation, social development and the mitigation of climate change. Supporters will also receive from Idesam:

• Guaraná Kit – for donations from R$30 to R$49, it consists of a thank-you e-mail + name of the supporter included in the institutional report of Idesam;
• Açaí Kit – for donations from R$50 to R$99, it consists of a thank you email + 2 digital cards for social media + name included in the institutional report of Idesam;
• Andiroba Kit – for donations from R$100 to R$199, it consists of a thank you email + 2 digital cards for social networks + 2 stickers + 1 canvas key chain + name included in Idesam’s institutional report;
• Kit Castanha – for donations from R$200 to R$499, it consists of a thank you email + 2 digital cards for social media + 2 stickers + 1 canvas keychain + 1 ecobag from one of our projects + name included in the institutional report of Idesam;
• Mogno Kit  – for donations of R$500 or more, it consists of a thank you email + 2 digital cards for social media + 2 stickers + 1 canvas key chain + 1 ecobag from one of our projects + 1 mug and 1 glass of coconut fiber + name included in the institutional report of Idesam*.

* By donating R$500 or more, the supporter will participate in the raffle for a visit to the Uatumã Sustainable Development Reserve (RDS), and will be able to learn about the work that IDESAM develops with local communities. The costs of commuting Manaus – RDS Uatumã – Manaus, food and lodging are included. The draws will be held every six months and published on the IDESAM website.

** In addition to the items specified above, donors who will receive the kit by mail (Andiroba, Castanha and Mogno) will also be able to receive publications from Idesam, but only upon availability.

KITS DELIVERY TIME:

It will be sent after confirmation of the first collaboration. The estimated delivery time is up to 45 working days after shipment, except for external factors.

SUPPORTER’S STATEMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

By contributing financially to IDESAM projects, the supporter declares:

1. That all information provided is true and should be updated in the event of any modification and / or alteration;
2. Be aware that IDESAM may be required to provide your information to the government, parliamentary, judicial or third party authorities under certain circumstances. In such cases, however, and unless expressly ordered by a court or duly vested authority, the supporter will be immediately informed;
3. Be aware that you authorize IDESAM to carry out all the steps it deems necessary to verify the accuracy and veracity of the information provided;
4. To be in the fullness of his civil capacity, that is, not to fit into any of the hypotheses of articles 3 and 4 of the Civil Code.

IDESAM DECLARATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

IDESAM declares its commitment to:

1. Preserve, maintain and safeguard the data provided by the user, and cannot use them except in the cases provided for in this Term;
2. Take all possible precautions to protect the information provided in the registration of supporters;
3. Do not sell or share the information collected by the means described above, except in case of logistical need to operate the activities of IDESAM;
4. Apply all funds received directly to activities aimed at fulfilling its institutional mission.

ON CHANGES TO THIS TERM

IDESAM may modify, at any time, the clauses and conditions of this Term, and must publish an updated version of the document in the Supporters section on its website, informing the date of the last update.
