We co-create businesses — from communities, science and the market — with technical assistance, adequate capital and connections to strategic markets, strengthening socio-bio chains and paving the way for a new low-carbon economy, based on local added value and the standing forest as a driver of development for the Amazon.
Our name draws inspiration from the rhizome, a living structure where everything connects and grows, linking what springs from the knowledge and potential of the territories with viable paths to development based on the standing forest. We emerged from Idesam, which has been working in the Amazon for over 20 years with solutions that combine conservation, the economy and community leadership.
With these deep roots in the region, we highlight forest-based businesses and help transform local realities through sustainable economic alternatives. For it is in the Amazon that we find the fertile ground for a regenerative economic model, capable of uniting conservation, community leadership and growth.
The forest is a rhizome: it grows in networks, breaks through barriers, finds its own paths, but to thrive, it needs a healthy ecosystem.
